For use in extreme environments
Our MINIMESSXtreme® test points are the solution for challenging environments: Offshore and deep-sea applications, special media in the chemical industry, aviation or vehicle construction as well as for very low temperatures. New to the range: our patented MINIMESS® high-pressure test points with outstanding pressure resistance for operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar, which can even be used with hydrogen at an adapted pressure level.

MINIMESSXtreme® high pressure
Our patented design for operating pressures of up to 1,000 bar: the MINIMESSXtreme® high pressure test point for oil & gas applications as well as for use with hydrogen up to 200 bar. This high pressure test point features a special internal design for increased component life. Durability was verified with over 1 million load cycles at 1,330 bar. An adapted screw cap thread allows smooth coupling with minimum effort.
MINIMESSXtreme® Offshore
Our solution made of corrosion-resistant stainless steel for use in oil and gas applications in the maritime sector and for direct contact with seawater. Perfectly suited for harsh environments, such as coastal areas and for submersion to a depth of up to 100 meters / 10 bar.
MINIMESSXtreme® special media
Our MINIMESSXtreme® test points for use in special media are characterized by high chemical and thermal resistance and can be used for a wide range of different applications: from the chemical industry and aviation to vehicle construction. Wherever special media present unique challenges for sealing materials - that's where they are most effective.
Original MINIMESSXtreme® deep sea
Our MINIMESSXtreme® deep sea series features test points and gas charging valves designed for high external pressures up to 500 bar. Its unique, absolutely leak-free design allows safe use at great depths of up to 5,000 meters or 500 bar and reliably prevents the ingress of sea/salt water.
Original MINIMESSXtreme® low temperature
It's all in the material: Thanks to the special sealing materials, MINIMESSXtreme® low-temperature test points can be used even at very low sub-zero temperatures and guarantee a secure and reliable seal even under extremely cold conditions.
